What is NHCO NOOTONIC Cognitive and mental performance 100 capsules?

A dietary supplement specifically formulated to intervene in cases of stress and fatigue affecting our cerebral capacities.

NHCO Nootonic Performances Cognitives et Mentales 100 Gélules improves cognitive and mental performance, stimulating the intellect to improve concentration, memorization (working memory, short and long term), vigilance and alertness. Maintains mental capacity despite fatigue or stress.

NHC Nootonic uses 3 complexes:

  • NeuroStim-Ach Complex: combines ingredients that stimulate the main neurotransmitters of memory, in particular acetylcholine.
  • Neuropro Connex complex: neuroprotective action (via antioxidant or excitotoxicity-fighting effects), also improving neuronal function and synaptic plasticity.
  • Physiogen-5i complex: combines ingredients that maintain or even improve mental and cognitive capacities, even in situations of fatigue or stress, in all types of people. Contains adaptogens and stimulants.

What does it contain?

L-Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine hydrochloride, buffered Magnesium bisglycinate, choline bitartrate, L-Glutamine, Huperzia serrata aerial parts extract, Rhodiola rosea root extract, Neurogen™ (Panax quinquefolius American ginseng root extract), disodium salt of UMP (Uridine-5'-monophosphate), taurine, bacopa leaf extract (Bacopa monnieri), soy lecithin standardized to 20% phosphatidylserine, caffeine anhydrous, DMAE bitartrate (dimethylaminoethanol), anti-caking agent : vegetable magnesium stearate, melon fruit juice concentrate (Cucumis melo) standardized for SOD (SuperOxyde Dismutase). Capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, color: cupric chlorophyllin complexes.

Attention to diet:

  • Beware of the distribution of energy intake over the course of the day, as low-calorie meals are less likely to cause drowsiness than very rich ones. To balance this out, take a snack in the morning and afternoon to distribute energy intake more evenly over the day.
