What is Modilac Expert Actigest 1st age milk powder used for?
During the first year of life, baby's digestive system is still immature and fragile, which is why digestive problems are common. These discomforts are generally minor and transitory, disappearing after the first year. The intestine is more than just an emptying tube. It too has reflex muscle tissues that lack maturity, like the other muscles of the digestive system. Instead of dilating and tightening at the right moments, they multiply false maneuvers: spasms of no interest in evacuation, which provoke the famous infant colic or, conversely, the slowing down of transit leading to constipation.
- Place a cloth under your baby's chin to prevent the discharge from staining your clothes.
- The simplest method is to rest your baby on your shoulder in an upright position, gently rubbing his back for a few minutes.
- Alternatively, place him in a sitting position on your lap, with one hand against his back and the other under his chin, so that his head remains upright.
- Or lay him flat on your lap and lightly pat his back.
Infant milk is adapted to the nutritional needs of infants from birth to 6 months, and contributes to their healthy development.
In addition to providing all the nutritional elements needed for healthy development, Modilac Expert Actigest 1st age milk powder helps reduce minor digestive problems such as colic, bloating and gas.
In compliance with regulations, it meets the specific nutritional needs of infants up to 6 months.
Its formula is thickened and may require the use of an adapted teat. It contains DHA, a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid from the Omega 3 family.
We also recommend Modilac Expert Doucea 2 Age Lait bébé 800 g for progressively diversified infant nutrition from 6 months.
How do I use this milk powder?
