For cold use:
Place the pouch in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, insert into its cover and apply to the area to be relieved, securing it in place.
For hot use:
Bain-Marie preparation: Bring water to the boil, cool to around 60°C and place the pouch in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Test and apply with cover.
Microwave preparation: Place the pouch in a microwave-safe container and cover with water. Heat for 6 min (max. 300W).
