We advise you not to apply ThermoGel directly to the skin. Insert it in the Comfort protective cover and secure it to the area concerned with the practical elastic bands. For cold therapy, place ThermoGel in the freezer for 2 hours; for heat therapy, immerse it in hot water (max 60°C) for 10 minutes, or place it in a container in the microwave for 6 minutes (max 300 watts), covering it completely with water.
How do I heat or cool Thermogel Coussin?
For hot use, heat the cushion in the microwave according to the instructions. For cold use, place in the freezer for the recommended time.
Can Thermogel Cushion be applied directly to the skin?
We recommend using the supplied cover or a thin towel between the cushion and the skin to avoid the risk of burns from cold or heat.
How long does the cushion's hot or cold effect last?
The effect may vary, but generally the cushion maintains an effective therapeutic temperature for around 20 to 30 minutes.
Precautions for use
Read instructions for use carefully. Always insert ThermoGel into the Comfort protective cover to prevent cold or heat from bothering people with delicate or sensitive skin. Before intensive use, wash the cover with a mild detergent and allow to dry.
Each application to the area to be treated should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before proceeding with the next application.
Do not damage the sachet or allow the gel to spill out: in the event of breakage, dispose of the gel in the washbasin or toilet and the sachet in the appropriate waste garbage can. Do not ingest contents.
