What is the composition?

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Cyracos ® : lemon balm extract; Griffonia simplicifolia extract titrated at 20% L-5-HTP; magnesium oxide; California poppy extract; anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate and magnesium stearate; vitamins: B6, B3; melatonin.

What are the side effects and contraindications?
