How do I use the nasal cleanser?

1. Wash the Marimer nasal wash kit thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Fill the bottle to the brim with bottled mineral water or boiled water for 1 minute. Water temperature should be between 35°C and 40°C.
3. Dissolve 1 or 2 sachets, depending on the desired effect.
4. Shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Tilt head slightly forward over sink.
6. Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril while breathing through the mouth.
7. Gently squeeze the base of the bottle and allow the solution to flow into the nose and out the other nostril.
8. Keep mouth open during irrigation.
9. After washing, leave the head tilted forward for a few moments.
10. Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
11. Blow nose gently.
12. Re-clean bottle after use.
