Rhinovita nasal ointment is indicated for colds , rhinitis or nasal irritations as part of a viral infection or an allergy . It consists of a synergy of essential oils, composed of lavender, lemon, geranium, Scots pine and niaouli, all associated with vitamins A and E. It is ideal for adults and children from 6 years.
Rhinovita initially provides an expectorant action through the essential oils of lavender, Scots pine and niaouli which stimulate the secretion of mucin whose role is to thin the mucus and evacuate it in order to decongest the nasal cavities . Geranium and lemon, on the other hand, have broad-spectrum antibacterial properties that inhibit and eliminate the microorganisms that cause infection and rhinitis. Finally, thyme essential oil is a powerful toning agent that stimulates the immune system and the body's ability to defend itself against the viruses that surround it.
It is also rich in vitamins A and E which strengthen the natural defenses and are healing. Thus, the Rhinovita ointment will relieve irritation and redness around the nostrils due to repeated blowing.
