This anti-stress food supplement is presented in the form of tablets. It contains a formula based on marine magnesium, ashwagandha, rhodiola and vitamins B6 and B9. This relaxation aid is suitable in particularly stressful times and is also suitable for people who have difficulty controlling their emotions .

Magné® control Stress/Relax has been developed to help us cope with these difficult times by combining 2 adaptogenic plants: ashwagandha and rhodiola to maximize the body's resistance to stress , magnesium and vitamins B6 and B9 which help reduce fatigue. Ashwagandha extract also helps maintain mental balance and emotional stability, and rhodiola extract helps reduce stress-related fatigue. In addition, the combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

What are the side effects and contraindications?

Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Contains magnesium salts: excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
