Fitting the strip:Clean and dry your nose thoroughly to remove any traces of skin oil which could prevent the strip from adhering properly. Remove the protective tab and apply the nasal strip as illustrated above. Hold by the middle. Press both ends of the nasal strip onto each side of the nose until it adheres correctly. Removing the strip after use. Start by peeling off the ends, then gently lift each side. If any adhesive residue remains on the skin, clean with soap and water.
