Dalféine is a drug created by UPSA laboratories formulated in the form of film-coated tablets with paracetamol and caffeine, recommended in case of pain or fever.

Dalfeine 500 mg / 65 mg is a drug recommended for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, and also in febrile states, in adults and children over 15 years old (over 50 kilos). Dalfeine tablets are formulated with paracetamol (500 mg), an analgesic used to soothe pain and to lower the temperature in case of fever, as well as caffeine (65 mg), known to help soothe pain produced by paracetamol while stimulating your state of wakefulness .

How to properly use Dalféine Paracetamol 500 mg + Caffeine 65 mg 16 tablets?

The generally recommended dosage for Dalfeine Paracetamol 500 mg / Caffeine 65 mg is:

For adults, the elderly and adolescents (over 15 years old) weighing between 50 and 60 kg: take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed (up to 3 times a day). Do not take more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.
In adults, the elderly and adolescents over 15 years old and weighing more than 60 kg: take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed (up to 3 times a day). Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
In any case, always respect an interval of 4 hours between two doses of Dalféine. Dalfeine tablets contain caffeine. To avoid consuming too much caffeine, you should limit your consumption of caffeinated beverages (such as coffee, tea or sodas) during treatment. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or plan to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
