How to properly use Gomenol Vegan + 60 Tablets?

Take one tablet of Gomenol per day , accompanied by a large glass of water. We advise you to take your Gomenol tablet, preferably in the morning.

  • Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders (concerns iodine).
  • Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (haemochromatosis, polycythemia, etc.) (concerns iron).
  • Not recommended for pregnant women or those wishing to be.
  • Not recommended for postmenopausal women (concerns vitamin A).
  • Not recommended for smokers (concerns beta-carotene).

What is the composition?

Calcium carbonate ; bulking agent: cellulose; iron bisglycinate; zinc bisglycinate; vitamin B12; carrot extract ( Daucus carota ); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; plant-based vitamin D3; potassium iodide.

Beta-carotene: 2.4 mg
- Vitamin A or retinol equivalent: 400 mcg = 50% AR
Vitamin B12: 25 mcg = 1000% RI
Vitamin D3: 25 mcg = 500% RI
Calcium: 200 mg = 25% AR

Zinc: 10 mg = 100% AR
