Lansoÿl Raspberry Oral Gel is a lubricating laxative that helps treat occasional constipation. Formulated with liquid kerosene, it softens stools and facilitates their evacuation. With its fast-acting, pleasant raspberry flavor, it's the ideal choice for short-term use.

What is Lansoÿl Raspberry Oral Gel single-dose used for?

Lansoÿl Raspberry Oral Gel is a lubricating laxative designed to relieve occasional constipation in adults and children over 12. Thanks to its liquid paraffin-based formulation, this treatment acts mechanically to lubricate the contents of the colon and soften stools, facilitating their passage. By opting for this product, you are choosing a gentle, effective solution that respects your intestinal comfort.

The main active ingredient in Lansoÿl framboise is liquid kerosene, which plays an essential role in the lubrication process. Unlike stimulant laxatives, which can sometimes irritate the intestinal wall, this gel acts mechanically, creating a slippery barrier that facilitates evacuation. This gentle, gradual action reduces the pain and discomfort associated with constipation, without unwanted side effects such as abdominal cramps.

One of Lansoÿl's great strengths is its rapid onset of action. In general, this laxative gel takes effect between 6 and 8 hours after administration. This means you can plan your day without fear of being taken by surprise. This speed is ideal for those looking for an immediate and reliable solution, enabling them to quickly restore normal intestinal transit without disrupting their daily routine.

Although Lansoÿl Raspberry is specifically recommended for adults and adolescents over the age of 12, it can also be administered under medical advice to young people of this age. This makes it a versatile product suitable for the whole family, taking care of everyone. Relieving constipation becomes a simple and accessible act, contributing to the general well-being of your loved ones.

Unlike other laxatives, which can have an unpleasant taste, Lansoÿl is distinguished by its raspberry flavor. This fruity note makes it more pleasant to take, especially for those who have difficulty swallowing strong-tasting medications. Its convenient single-dose gel format enables quick dosing, without the need to measure or mix, for easy, effective use at any time.

The liquid kerosene in Lansoÿl not only acts as a lubricant, but also has the ability to soften stools, reducing the effort required during defecation. By lubricating the walls of the colon, it prevents stools from drying out and becoming hard, making their passage more fluid and natural. This is particularly beneficial for people suffering from chronic constipation or other digestive disorders.

When you choose Lansoÿl Raspberry, you're opting for a gentle treatment that's gentle on your body and effective in providing rapid relief from transit problems. With its unique formulation and pleasant flavor, it's an indispensable ally for anyone looking for a practical, effective solution. To complement the benefits of this product, we recommend a diet rich in fiber and regular physical activity.

Lansoÿl Raspberry is an ideal choice for effectively treating occasional constipation while respecting your comfort. Don't hesitate to give this product a try, for quick and lasting intestinal well-being.

How to use this product

For adults and adolescents aged 15 and over, the recommended dose of Lansoÿl framboise is one unidose, repeated if necessary 1 to 3 times per 24 hours, without exceeding the maximum dosage of 3 unidoses per 24 hours. For adolescents aged 12 to 15, the dose is generally one single dose 1 to 2 times per 24 hours, to be determined with a doctor.

The timing of doses is also crucial: we recommend taking Lansoÿl in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 hours before or after meals. If you take it in the evening, make sure you don't lie down for the next two hours, to avoid an unexpected laxative effect during the night. This laxative should be taken for no more than 15 days, to avoid any risk of reducing absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

GLOSSARY (summary)

lubricating laxative
It is a body fat, not absorbed by the intestine, which facilitates the transit and elimination of stool. It is devoid of toxicity, but its prolonged use reduces the absorption of certain essential vitamins (A, D, E, K).

gastroesophageal reflux
Raising the gastric juice in the esophagus and in the back of the throat, favored by the extended position after meals, by leaning forward, by wearing clothes that compress the abdomen. This reflux is sometimes due to a hiatal hernia.

sugar
General term for various substances of which the most widely used is sucrose. Other sugars can be contained in drugs: glucose, fructose, lactose, etc. Glucose is the sugar used by the body; it is the only one to circulate in considerable quantity in the blood.
Sweeteners (false sugar) are allowed in diabetics or people on a diet, and are very low in calories.

symptomatic treatment
Treatment that suppresses or alleviates the symptoms of a disease without addressing its cause.

vitamins
An essential ingredient for the growth and proper functioning of the body. Vitamin requirements are normally covered by a varied diet. In developed countries, only vitamin D deficiency, in the young child or the old man who is exposed to the sun, justifies systematic supplementation. Superior intake, especially with medicines, can lead to overdose and various disorders (mainly vitamins A and D).

Advice from our naturopaths

Why is it essential to get plenty of fiber? Why is it essential to get plenty of fiber?

Dietary fibres are carbohydrate polymers, mainly of plant origin. These edible carbohydrates, of very heterogeneous origin and chemical composition, cannot be digested or absorbed in the human small intestine. They therefore pass intact into the colon, where they are fermented by the intestinal microbiota. This fermentation leads to the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) such as acetate, propionate and butyrate,…
