Pranarôm Aromanoctis Spray Sommeil Bio is a natural solution specially designed to promote restful, quality sleep. Formulated with rigorously selected organic essential oils, this spray offers a gentle, effective alternative for those who suffer from difficulty falling asleep or waking up at night.

There are various explanations for sleep disorders:

Aromanoctis Sleep Spray is used at bedtime for total relaxation and restful sleep. Sprayed into the air or onto textiles, the essential oils of petit grain bigarade, mandarin and camomile noble in the formula are reputed to facilitate falling asleep, relaxation and prevent night-time awakenings and negative thoughts.

During the night, the quantity of sleep is reduced by difficulties in falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings and waking up too early in the morning . Sleep is experienced as light and unrestful. The next day is difficult, with complaints of fatigue, drowsiness and irritability, often accompanied by mood disorders.

How to use this sleep spray

Ready-to-use 100 ml aerosol.

In the air: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds in each corner of the bedroom.
On bed linen: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds at a distance of 20cm on the sheet under the pillow, on the collar of pyjamas, on a handkerchief placed close to the pillow.

You can combine or alternate sprays.

Suitable for adults, pregnant women and children aged 1 and over.

Precautions for use with Aromanoctis spray

  1. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
  2. Keep out of reach of young children.
  3. Do not spray on skin or mucous membranes.
  4. In case of respiratory discomfort, reduce spray time by half.
  5. Do not spray on a naked flame or incandescent material. Do not smoke.
  6. In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
  7. Pressurized container.
  8. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
  9. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.

With 100% ORGANIC essential oils: Sweet orange, Petit grain bigarade, Lavandin super, Mandarin, Bergamot, True lavender, Camomile noble.
