Gelsemium 15CH: This strain is indicated in the aftermath of bad news, anticipatory jitters with inhibition and aggravation of symptoms by fear of not falling asleep. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Ignatia amara 15CH: Effective in the aftermath of emotions and grief, with paradoxical behavior, hypersensitivity or spasms (lump in throat, sobbing, stomach knots). Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat if you wake up at night.

Coffea cruda 15CH: Used in cases of hyperideation, following strong or joyful emotions. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Night-time awakenings :

Aconitum napellus 15CH: This strain is used in case of nocturnal awakening between midnight and 1 a.m., with anxiety, sensation of imminent death, intensity and brutality. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Nux vomica 15CH: Effective in difficulty falling asleep, waking up at around 3 a.m., accompanied by preoccupation, sensitivity to noise and overwork. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Nightmares :

Hyoscyamus niger 15CH: Useful for nightmares and agitation, anger, violence and jealousy. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Stramonium 15CH: Used for anxiety, fear of solitude, fear of the dark and nightmares. Also useful for people who talk in their sleep, for night terrors or for those who need a nightlight or diffused light to sleep. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat in case of nocturnal awakening.

Kalium bromatum 15CH: Effective for nightmares, restless hands during the day, people who talk in their sleep or grind their teeth at night. Take 5 granules before the evening meal and at bedtime. Repeat if you wake up at night.
