MAG 2 Marin marine magnesium comes from a concentrate of seawater collected in France off the coast of Brittany, rich in Chloride and Magnesium Sulfate.
It is naturally recovered thanks to solar evaporation.
In adults: 2 sachets per day.
In children: 9.6 to 28.8 mg/kg/d, i.e. 1 to 2 sachets per day.
Mode of administration : oral route.
The sachets must be dissolved in a large glass of water, preferably divided into several doses before or during meals.
Duration of treatment : treatment should not be prolonged beyond one month.
If you take more MAG 2, powder for oral solution than you should : consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
If you forget to take MAG 2, powder for oral solution : do not take a double dose to compensate for the dose you forgot to take.
