How do I use this anti-lice treatment?

1. Comb your child's hair dry, strand by strand, using a fine-tooth comb. Check hair roots for lice and nits. Also check the nape of your child's neck and the area behind the ears. Clean the comb in lukewarm, soapy water to avoid reinfestation.
2. Place a towel over your child's shoulders and apply a sufficient quantity of Paranix Express Lotion Anti-Lice and Nits evenly to dry hair, paying particular attention to the nape of the neck and the area behind the ears. Make sure all hair and scalp are impregnated.
3. Shake bottle well.
4. Apply to dry hair evenly and in sufficient quantity, ensuring full coverage of scalp and hair. Massage from roots to ends, paying particular attention to neck and back of ears.
5. Leave on for 2 minutes.
6. Without rinsing, apply a sufficient quantity of Paranix after-treatment shampoo. Wet and wash hair. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

If necessary, repeat washing with after-treatment shampoo. Before drying hair, carefully comb through to remove lice and nits. Be sure to clean the comb after use.

To combat lice infestations, it's essential to eliminate all stages of the insect's development - adults, larvae and eggs (nits) - to truly get rid of the problem.

Lice have no natural enemies, and a female louse can lay up to 10 nits a day, i.e. 300 nits during her adult life (see diagram opposite). Proliferation can thus be extremely rapid.

Lice can survive for up to 2 days outside the scalp. Lice can therefore be transmitted :
