Description of IMPORTAL 2,5 g powder solution buvable jeune enfant

Indication :

  • Constipation
  • Palliative care

Constipation is not exclusive to adults: children and even babies can suffer from constipation.

Constipation is a slowing down of evacuation, which can be seen in the interval between bowel movements. The stool itself changes consistency (drier). While the frequency of bowel movements varies from one person to another, it is also highly variable in young children.

This is because a child's digestive system is still maturing at birth. As the child's digestive tract lengthens, the frequency between bowel movements will increase. However, it is estimated that an infant will produce at least one stool a day, and an older child at least three stools a week.
These time indications, even if very general, will already give you a first key to spot constipation in children.
