What is Dr Valnet Juniper Organic Essential Oil 10ml used for?

Juniper essential oil has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties when applied topically. It is anti-putrient for the intestine in colitis (intestine-urinary tract relationship), antioxidant and anti-hypercholesterolemic (potential for preventing atherosclerosis).

Juniper berries (cupressaceae family), which take over 2 years to ripen, are well-known for their general tonic effect on the body. They are beneficial for the urinary tract and, when used as aromatic condiments, help digest particularly "heavy" dishes.

Organic juniper essential oil, developed by Dr Valnet, is a natural bulwark against many pathogens. Its antimicrobial properties have been demonstrated in vitro, showing remarkable effectiveness against resistant bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and other harmful micro-organisms. Not only is this essential oil a powerful antimicrobial agent, it also proves effective in the fight against viruses, particularly the herpes virus HSV-1. Its ability to fight fungal infections is also well known, with targeted action against fungi such as Candida albicans and dermatophytes. These properties make juniper oil a preferred choice for those seeking to strengthen their natural defenses in a holistic way.

In addition to its antimicrobial virtues, juniper oil stands out for its beneficial effects on the urinary and liver systems. It acts as a natural diuretic, promoting balanced urinary excretion without causing an increase in sodium in the urine. This is particularly crucial for people with mild urinary disorders. In terms of the liver, the essential oil stimulates choleresis, helping to reduce the formation of gallstones and protect the liver. One of its main components, α-pinene, plays a key role in these effects, acting as a hepatoprotective agent. These properties make it a valuable ally for digestive and liver health, particularly for those suffering from hepato-pancreatic insufficiency.

Juniper oil's effectiveness as a natural expectorant is also remarkable. One of its main constituents, α-pinene, helps reduce bronchial secretions, thus clearing the airways and improving breathing. This property is particularly beneficial for those affected by chronic respiratory disorders. Juniper essential oil also offers significant protection for the kidneys. It helps to purify and maintain the health of the renal system, which is essential for the effective filtering and elimination of toxins from the body.

We also offerrose geranium essential oil from the specialist aromatherapy laboratory Dr Valnet, at the best price in our online pharmacy.
