The essential oil of Bordeaux turpentine (Pinus pinaster - family Abietaceae), supplied by the Pinus pinaster pine, has been used for many years in the preparation of syrups designed to clear the respiratory tract.
How to use this essential oil
To relieve bronchitis-type broncho-pulmonary symptoms, dilute 5% turpentine essential oil in black cumin vegetable oil. Apply to the chest and upper back.
