Turpentine essential oil, rich in alpha and beta-pinene, stands out for its powerful oxygenating properties. The monoterpenes contained in this essential oil significantly improve oxygen supply to the respiratory and muscular systems, offering greater comfort during physical exertion. It also acts as an effective expectorant and anti-catarrhal.
