How do I use this solid toothpaste?

Rub your toothbrush, moistened with warm water, lightly over the solid toothpaste. Very little toothpaste is needed to be effective, as your saliva will multiply the foam. Brush your teeth as you would your usual toothpaste and rinse.

Precautions for use

Lamazuna peppermint and lemon sage toothpastes contain essential oils and are therefore not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 3. If you're using homeopathic medicine, wait half an hour after brushing your teeth before taking it, so the essential oil won't affect your treatment.

Placed on a soap dish, stuck in your toothbrush glass or shot glass, or simply slipped back into its box, there's no shortage of solutions. This toothpaste is solid, so it contains no water. But it's water that causes bacteria to proliferate. So you can store it without worrying about hygiene.
