Nucleotides Ribodiet is a product obtained from yeast cells, through a controlled extraction process, using water and without other solvents. Ribodiet® provides free nucleotides, nucleosides, oligonucleotides, nucleic acid fragments, a group of ingredients of non-synthetic origin. Nucleotides are the basic molecules constituting intracellular nucleic acids (DNA or RNA), they are involved in many biochemical processes.
Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Thus, it plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to the normal synthesis of DNA and to protect cells against oxidative stress.
1 stick per day, to be taken directly in the mouth. Take 2 sticks per day if needed and especially at changes of season or in case of intense fatigue.

Wait about 30 seconds for the soluble micro-granules to dissolve in the saliva then swallow with your saliva without chewing the remaining micro-granules.
