Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules help promote better sleep and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

What is the purpose of Arkogelules Melatonin?

We're not all the same when it comes to sleep. In fact, our predisposition to sleep comes from our genetic heritage and our life rhythms. Insomnia is the inability to initiate or maintain sleep. Sleep deprivation is caused by a wide variety of disorders in which sleep is perceived as insufficient or non-restorative. Sleep deprivation can be caused by stress, age, hormones or circadian cycle disturbances. Plant melatonin, derived from plant extracts (alfalfa, chlorella, rice). Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, at the start of the night or during nocturnal awakenings. Arkogelules Melatonin 30 capsules also help reduce the effects of jet-lag.

The plant melatonin in Arkogelules Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, promoting faster, more effective sleep. By mimicking the action of natural melatonin secreted by the body in response to darkness, this dietary supplement helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle and induce sleep more easily. This action helps to improve the quality of night-time rest, and promotes a fresher, more revitalizing awakening in the morning.

In addition to helping you fall asleep, Arkogélules Mélatonine can also help reduce night-time awakenings by promoting deeper, more restorative sleep. Sleep cycles are often disrupted by frequent awakenings during the night, which can lead to feelings of tiredness and irritability during the day. Botanical melatonin helps to stabilize sleep by extending the duration of deep sleep phases, enabling you to recover better and feel more rested when you wake up.

Arkogélules Mélatonine can be a valuable ally in alleviating the effects of jet-lag when traveling across different time zones. Sudden changes in sleep schedules can disrupt the body's natural circadian rhythm, leading to difficulty falling asleep and sleep disorders. By taking Arkogélules Mélatonine as recommended, the body can adapt more quickly to a new time zone, facilitating adjustment of the sleep-wake cycle and reducing the discomfort associated with jet lag.
